The Company:
An exciting and dynamic property consultancy specialising in the development sector and affordable housing, is growing its team and we are seeking a Senior Surveyor or Associate to join their team on a 12 month contract.
The team has over 50 years’ experience in the development sector and affordable housing market, the majority of which has been gained in London and the South East. The team are from a range of professional backgrounds and include a number who have previously worked at Registered Providers and national house builders.
The Role:
The role with involve everything from development viability, valuation, transactional services and affordable housing advice. Working alongside other team members you will be involved with a range of projects from high value properties in Mayfair to some of the capital’s largest strategic development sites. The client list includes many of the most high profile and successful property companies, house builders, Registered Providers and UK and overseas investors and developers.
Ideal Attributes:
They are interested in individuals who are MRICS qualified and have a minimum of 2 years PQE, with an emphasis on development, valuation, acquisitions and affordable housing.
Above all, they are looking for well-rounded, socially confident and personable individuals who are able to engage with a diverse range of people and enjoy the client facing side of the work.
