Senior Surveyor / Associate - Development

A fantastic career opportunity exists to join a leading, multidisciplinary real estate property consultancy, based in central London. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business as a Senior Surveyor or Associate, who is motivated to make a career move which will foster their progression and maximise their exposure across development in the retirement and care home sector.

You will join a high performing and busy development team, which has been recently growing due to new business and activity. You will be embedded into an environment of like-minded professionals to provide agency and funding advisory services to major operators and developers in the retirement sector. You will operate across land sourcing, acquisition and disposal, funding, client management and new business generation.

You will be MRICS qualified with a minimum of 3-6 years post qualified experience in residential development land, capital markets or land agency; within a relevant sector such as BTR, PBSA, health care or later living. The role requires an individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.
