Are you a surveying graduate with an RICS-accredited degree, looking to complete your APC training within a motivating, public-focused, multi-disciplinary team?

Hampshire County Council (HCC) Property Services is a pioneering public sector organisation with a national reputation for design, procurement and asset management. We are a large, integrated, multi-disciplinary team delivering a wide range of building and asset management projects for a range of clients, by successfully matching a commercial approach to a public sector brief.

We are looking to recruit a surveying graduate with an RICS-accredited degree who wants to complete their APC training whilst working on a range of challenging and fulfilling projects for a variety of clients. The role is based in the estates management team, providing valuation and estates advice, to ensure the most effective use of the land and property assets of the County Council and other public sector partners.
