Job Details
A leading boutique Property Company is seeking a Senior Development Manager to work on their national commercial portfolio, with sites in central London and nationally. The candidate will manage the redevelopment, repositioning and active asset management of several significant schemes and work within a dynamic and opportunistic team.
The key skills and experience include:
- Managing the proactive and hands-on development, redevelopment and repositioning of significant commercial assets both in central London and nationally in order to optimise value
- Preparing feasibility analysis to support strategic development initiatives with a view of maximising the potential from each asset
- The preparation of planning applications, investment memorandums and development appraisals
- Managing third party construction and design teams to ensure the effective running of each of the developments
The successful candidate will have existing development/repositioning experience within a commercial portfolio. They will ideally be MRICS and will have financial/valuation skills to support the technical underwriting every team member carries out.
