I have an exciting new opportunity that has just become available!
A Local Authority in East Anglia is looking for a Senior Estates Surveyor to join their expanding team.
This opportunity is remote working for now but will be located in a historic part of East Anglia right next to some stunning rivers and castles- literally sounds like a breath of fresh air, right?
They are looking for an individual at a senior level to help manage their commercial property portfolio. You will be dealing with the basic rent reviews and lease renewals as well as helping with landlord and tenant matters.
You’ll be excited to know that this isn’t your average Estates Surveyor role… you will also be helping with disposals and help generate new revenue streams!
