Job Details
A local authority in the North East has a vacancy for an MRICS qualified surveyor to join the team. With experience of disposal of surplus properties, acquisition of strategic properties, as well as day to day property management, you will ensure all negotiations deliver value for money.
You will assist in the management of the council’s leasehold estate, as both landlord and tenant, delivering property management advice via rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring. Working closely with other departments in the organisation will be pivotal to the delivery of an efficient service.
