I am pleased to be collaborating with an independent tech platform to facilitate the growth of their team of entrepreneurial and forward-thinking professionals. The position requires an energetic and innovative Senior Surveyor or Associate with a strong background in logistics and consultancy.
The business
The business is a rapidly growing PropTech platform with an established reputation in the data centre industry. They provide high-level access to market specific and organization related insights, identify sites for development and create detailed property and project reports for clients. They have developed and established strong partnerships with leading, global property consultancies to provide new market reports and real-time market analysis. The business has a team of valuable research analysts to provide essential quality assurance.
They are well funded and due to the success of their venture across data centres, they are now replicating the same product across the logistics market. This is an opportunity to make an impact from the start and to be a pivotal component to the accelerated growth of the business.
The role
You will be responsible for the development of this platform and to provide logistics consultancy. You will utilise and generate market research for site selection and assessment, to present to clients and customers for the purpose of development. You will also expand your expertise in data centres, one of the fastest growing asset classes for investment.
The successful applicant will have 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics consultancy and will be at Senior Surveyor to Associate level. You will be motivated to drive your career in the PropTech and logistics industry and you will have an innovative and forward-thinking mind set.
