You’ll be joining the development team where your specialism will be new build developments, as part of a dynamic, collaborative team of 10 where you’ll work hand in hand with the senior director in growing the area of the business.

There is a very healthy pipeline of work mostly across the later living and industrial spaces with the top developers, on schemes ranging in value typically from £10million - £50million.

As a Director you’ll be involved within many areas of the business including; creating a strategy, business developing, directing the team and delivering projects.

Requirements:

• MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM (desirable)
• A track record in leading a team
• 5-7 years consultancy experience
• Leading new build developments
• Business development experience (desirable)
