A Real Estate Development Company is looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to be responsible for all aspects of marketing across their development portfolio within the North West of England. As Marketing Manager, you will be supporting the Senior Management team to develop an exciting brand which truly creates inspirational lifestyle and signature design projects within Property and Real Estate.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering marketing campaigns for UK and Foreign markets; Managing all design and delivery of marketing material in the guise of brochures, CGI's, development modelling, and website. Work closely with agencies to develop engaging content for marketing campaigns and to develop strong engagement across social channels and media platforms.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager, with proven experience in Marketing from a high end B2C or Property Real Estate background; with a relevant business/Marketing University degree. You would be a proactive and highly motivated professional who has strong attention to detail and excellent planning and communication skills. You would be diligent in social and digital marketing; and have a creative and collaborative approach to working with agencies and stakeholders to deliver first class content and marketing campaigns.
