Assistant Cost Planner - North London - Residential Development
A fantastic opportunity now exists to join a large London residential developer as an Assistant Cost Planner working in the pre-construction team.
The business undertakes significant South East and London residential developments and has a very strong pipeline of future projects.
The role is a great opportunity to join a developer and progress your career into other departments.
You will be part of a small central pre-construction team leading on specific projects with responsibility for providing feasibility/budget and detailed cost-plans for land bids and schemes under contract in order for the business to meet its growth aspirations.
You will work closely with the land and development teams to provide early co-ordination of the development brief. You will attend design team meetings, working with consultants to develop the concept in line with the cost plan. You will liaise with the delivery team to progress the site into construction.
You will have responsibility for running major project, developing and managing the cost plan. The roles offers high exposure to senior management across the business.
