Job Details
You'll be walking into a loyal base of both local and national clients and will be working across Retail, Office and Industrial properties in the Home Counties. At Senior Surveyor or Associate level, there will be some responsibility to mentor and support the more junior members of staff.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare client reports on the property management service and regular formal reporting to clients
- Manage rental and other income including tenant indebtedness
- Provide support and assistance to clients in connection with value enhancement opportunities such as rent review and lease renewals
- Drive fee generation wherever possible
- Deal with tenant applications for consent to assign, sublet and alter
- Undertake and arrange property inspections
- Prepare and administer service charge expenditure
- Ensure tenants compliance with lease obligations in relation to use and maintenance obligations
- oversee the provision of common services to properties and tenants
- At least 3-5 years' experience working in commercial property management
- MRICS Qualified or equivalent experience
- Good commercial acumen with an ability to provide sound advice to clients
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build gravitas amongst clients
