 Joining a developer in its infancy is what many project managers dream of. And that's just what this opportunity is, 
The chance to establish and maintain processes and procedures the way you want to do them, engaging with consultants and contractors alike and managing the process from start to finish, finally being able to hand over a finished build.
This developer has big plans, hoping to get to the stage of completing 60 projects a year with a £30m-£40m annual budget, a mix of light refurbishments all the way through to complex new-builds. It will be your job to come in to the team first, make sure processes are in place and to build a team under you to make that goal achievable.
You''ll be based from home covering the whole of the UK, with travel to sites as needed but mainly managing things from afar, so location doesn't matter as long as you're relatively central to the UK.
They are looking for someone with at least 10 years post-graduate experience, either at a building project consultancy or working client side already. You will need to be able to show experience of working several projects at once, along with exceptional communication skills and ambition. You'll be expected to embrace modern green technology and build techniques, so any prior experience with them will be a bonus.
