Job Details
A prestigious industrial and logistics investor and developer are currently seeking an Asset Manager to join their team based in Central London.
You will be responsible for working with the Director of Asset Management on the management of their Greater London portfolio, consisting of predominately industrial and logistics assets.
Key Asset Management responsibilities include:
- Oversee the sole asset management of your own portfolio through the delivery of asset management initiatives. For example rent reviews, renewals, re-gears and new lettings.
- Produce and present business cases for approval for refurbishments and capital expenditure, to minimise void periods and deliver their framework.
- Manage external agency advisors to maximise leasing strategy.
- Create excellent relationships with new and existing occupiers. Have a full understanding of their business plan to increase chances of retention and potential growth.
- Identify value enhancing development opportunities.
Key Asset Management Requirements:
- Member of RICS.
- Degree qualified.
- Excellent commercial Landlord & Tenant experience is essential.
- Experience working in the industrial/logistics market is advantageous but not essential.
Office based in Central London.
Salary will range from £45,000 - £60,000 plus benefits and discretionary bonus.
