The Company

Beach Baker is delighted to be acting for a Real Estate consultancy who have given instructions to recruit a Senior Surveyor level Industrial Agent to join the team based in Bristol.

The Role

  • Reporting to the head of the team, this role will ultimately involve the overseeing and proactive completion of industrial sector agency deals across Bristol and the wider region.
  • This is a dynamic opportunity that will help shape and drive the direction of Industrial team.
  • The successful candidate will have responsibility for many clients so good commercial awareness and business acumen is vital.
  • Responsibility for fee revenue and client relationships is an important part of this role.
  • Acquisitions and disposal of industrial properties for corporates, developers, property company, private high net worth individuals and institutional clients.
  • Industrial development advice and agency likely to be included within the position.

Skills /Qualifications Required:

  • Member of RICS - 2+ years PQE in commercial industrial agency (could be retail).
  • You will have strong people and business skills.
  • Strong interest in industrial/logistics property.
  • Agency/transactional mindset.
