A forward thinking and entrepreneurial developer. They utilise their excellent architectural, design and planning expertise to produce a mixed portfolio which include private, affordable and PRS units, with the developments being a mixture of townhouses, medium & high-rise and large-scale urban regeneration.

About the job:

You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of complex development projects from design and planning through to completion, carrying out relevant due diligence ensuring that all identified sites have been technically, legally, and commercially appraised.  
Reporting into the Managing Director you will help manage the internal development and construction team 

What we are looking for:

An established development professional who can demonstrate experience of delivering complex residential led mixed use schemes. You will need to understand the property development process, in particular acquisition, design, planning and construction.
