I am currently working with a residential developer based in North London looking for a Senior Land manager to join the team.
The ideal candidate will have 4 or more years' of experience and be very well connected in the North London Boroughs, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
The selected candidate will ideally:
- Have the ability to work autonomously and independently from the rest of the team.
- Have a strong track record of identifying and securing new land opportunities, either directly or through agents
- Have experience with land contracts
- Have a strong eye for detail
- Be commercially aware with excellent interpersonal skills
The company is well funded and looking to buy four+ sites a year. In terms of current developments, the company builds and sells over 400 units a year and intends to double this by 2023. The business is flexible and dynamic, and deliver a product that is unique in his kind.
