This is a fantastic opportunity for a Newly Qualified Surveyor to join a leading Central London consultancy. The team currently offer strategic advice across Lease Consultancy, Agency and Valuation to both Landlords and Occupiers on Industrial portfolio's. 

The Role:
  • Conduct and negotiate rent reviews, lease renewals and regears on behalf of landlords and tenants
  • Carry out property inspections
  • Assist with development of the industrial lease consultancy business with investors, occupiers and funds
  • Be a strong and effective negotiator on behalf of clients, developing long lasting relationships
  • Undertake valuations of industrial properties
About You:
  • MRICS Qualified
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of Landlord & Tenant negotiations
  • Understanding of valuing a range of property types, experience in industrial would be beneficial
  • Commercial understanding and awareness
  • IT skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Full driving licence
