A leading UK Property Fund is seeking an Analyst to join their team, based in London.
You will be working with several senior asset and development teams to assist them with the current developments they are working on, covering an asset mixture of office, residential, retail and some industrial.
Key requirements:
- Experience working alongside or assisting with developments
- Highly numerical and experience closing transactions up to £10m
- Able to quickly settle in and plug into existing models and produce assumptions
- Negotiate own deals up to £5m
- Mixed assets: retail, office, residential/alternatives, perhaps some industrial
Salary £35-40,000 plus bonus.
