Surveyor / senior surveyor Transaction Management EMEA

This is a fantastic opportunity for a surveyor / senior surveyor who has experience working with corporate occupiers, this role is a secondment where you will be dedicated to one global technology business. The client's portfolio is predominately grade A office space across EMEA. The role is paying up to £50k + car allowance + bonus + benefits etc.

The role

  • Transaction management across EMEA – acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews, lease renewals & dilapidations
  • Identifying portfolio optimisation opportunities
  • Regular dialogue with the Global and Regional Real Estate & Facilities leads
  • Liaise with other stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, Insurance & Treasury
  • Working with network across the region and best in class/alliance partners
  • Preparing business case approval documents including financial analysis / NPV’s / DCF’s / NER’s & other best practices
  • Manage leases throughout the term, supporting in FM, property management & lease administration issues
  • Integration of properties acquired as part of M&A activity
  • Updating Transaction information in workflow management tool
  • On client site one day a week in south-west London
  • Regular and ad hoc reporting 

 

Requirements:

  • A real estate professional with experience of working in commercial property
  • 2+ years relevant experience, ideally in EMEA consulting or transaction management. Experience is corporate estates management an asset.
  • A Real Estate relevant degree holder
  • Experience in dealing with multinational corporate organisations
  • Good reporting and IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook are essential, tableau preferred).
  • Track record of delivering in a complex transaction management role across EMEA or UK
  • Experience of financial analysis and preparing NPV’s and other financial analysis
  • Experience in preparing deal strategy presentations & market overviews
  • Proven track record of portfolio planning
