Global Research Analyst – London – Remote Working - £25,000 - £35,000 Per Annum

An immediate opportunity has arisen for a Research Analyst to join a leading Property consultancy in London where you will be working in the Global Research team.   You will be providing services across all property sectors where you will be monitoring the Global Real Estate markets and providing analytical support.

The Role:

• Assessing how economic, political, demographic and technological change are shaping global real estate markets.
• Researching and writing engaging and insightful research content.
• Develop thought leadership on a wide range of global estate sectors and themes
• Input into and manage a diverse range of research publications, blogs and press releases, sometimes working across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Liaise with research colleagues and contacts globally to collect data and establish market trends and drivers.
• Analyse and interrogate data and market intelligence using tools such as Excel.
• Collect and manage data from a range of global sources.

Skills Required:

• The ability to draw conclusions from the analysis of data and articulate them in an accessible manner.
• Degree qualified preferred, with an aptitude for quantitative techniques, strong attention to detail and an analytical approach to completing projects.
• Experience in the property industry is advantageous but not essential. 
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Numerate, with a strong mathematical skillset.
• A high standard of written English.
• An interest in the commercial world and global real estate markets.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including experience of working with pivot tables and functions in Excel.
