Senior Asset Manager (Thames Valley)

PSD are recruiting for an experienced Asset Manager to work in an established investment and development business with a strong portfolio of high-quality offices, business parks and tech centres throughout the South East and Thames Valley.  The business has one of the largest consented commercial landbanks in the UK and fresh investment is leading to a number of significant new development projects to progress.

The Asset / Senior Asset Manager will be responsible for maintain the investment and asset performance objectives of the portfolio through active asset management  taking ownership for customer retention and the delivery of investment sales and acquisitions.  Working in a small but high quality team the role will be hands-on, implementing initiatives across lease activity, acquisitions and disposals.  In addition:-

• Portfolio and asset performance forecasting
• Manage quarterly valuations 
• Work with Development and Construction teams on development, leasing and acquisition programmes
• Liaise with Property Management on licenses, dilapidations and refurbishments 

You will be an experience Asset Manager with a good understanding of investment and leasing markets, L&T and valuation issues to identify asset management enhancement opportunities.  Candidates will ideally have for a property company or have significant commercial real estate account experience from an advisory background.
