Battersea Power Station is at the heart of one of Central London's most visionary and eagerly anticipated new developments. 25,000 people will be living and working on site when complete, creating one of London's largest office, retail, leisure and cultural quarters. BPS will be a new office district with over 3m sq. ft of commercial space alongside new private and affordable homes and 19 acres of public space including 450 metres of reiver frontage and a 6 acre public park. 

The Commercial Operations Manager will be responsible for all elements of the office, leisure and commercial operations and deliver huge impact both on the customer experience and on the bottom-line performance. In this role it is important that you are confident orchestrating, motivating and managing your team of contractors so that they can carry out their work effectively across the development. You will also be responsible for the welfare and safety of customers, visitors, tenants and the wider community while visiting or working at Battersea Power Station.

  • Maintain strong relationships with Office tenants and participate in the regular office occupiers forum
  • Ensure all tenant data collated is used to best effect and deliver actionable insights to help deliver quick responses, enhance brand reputations and understand loyalty drivers
  • Ensure the operations of the wider BPS estate are fit for purpose and all necessary plans and procedures are available and understood for launch
  • Through the BPS Management Services and Property Management teams, ensure building management processes and procedures are maintained to a high standard
  • Participate in the on-site Duty Management rota
  • Drive continuous improvement and make customers experiences better than ever
  • Provide operational support to the management teams as required
  • Experience in Operations within a mixed-use/commercial real estate environment
  • Proven experience in Office occupier management 
  • A natural people manager, inspiring and motivating colleague and tenants effectively
  • A comprehensive understanding of providing a best in class customer service
  • Be able to innovate and drive change when required
