A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a junior Land Buyer/Land Assistant/Residential Surveyor that is looking to progress his/her career in a client side Land Buyer role for a very well-funded residential developer based in North London.

The successful applicant will be tasked with appraising sites presented to the developer by agents. Due to the extensive network of contacts and connections the developer has, there will be no site finding involved but the role will mainly revolve around doing due diligence, appraisals and financial modelling to find the right sites to develop.

You will:

- Be commercially astute

- Have experience with land appraisals, feasibility and viability studies

- Procure contracts

- Close deals

- Work in a strong team of four reporting to the Senior Land Manager

- Have a strong eye for detail
