Assistant/MRTPI Planner - 'top 4' consultancy - Bristol

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a leading firm in Bristol for a recently MRTPI Planner to join the Planning team. The firm are considered to be one of the largest property firms in the world, however the Planning & Development team in Bristol have retained a collaborative and friendly work environment.

Post-COVID, the successful candidate will be based in the firm's office in Bristol city centre, where the Planning team cover a range of work including residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes (including prime city centre developments/regen work). The company also have a multi-disciplinary offering, ensuring a strong pipeline for 2021 and beyond.

You must be MRTPI qualified (or close to achieving it), ideally with a private sector background (although local-authority backgrounds will also be considered). Candidates coming from the Bristol market with knowledge of the area will be particularly attractive. You will ideally enjoy business development and will revel in furthering the firm's excellent reputation within the Bristol and wider UK market.

There is a competitive salary of up to £30,000 (+ car allowance + benefits) on offer for the successful candidate, along with excellent career progression opportunities.
