A successful multi-disciplinary practice has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit an experienced Associate or a Director for their expanding team based in Milton Keynes.
The successful candidate will report into the National Head of Building Surveying. The role is 'hands on', therefore along with business generation, you will also complete core building surveying / project management work and assist in the management of junior staff.
You will either already be at experienced Associate or Director level. The firm already have an excellent portfolio of clients, ranging from funds to private individuals, therefore you must be client-facing with excellent communication skills.
