Job Details
You'd be joining an established design and project team to help deliver new stores, as well as refurbishments of existing ones, up and down the UK. In this incredibly busy period for them, you'll be tasked with working alongside the design team (so experience with CAD would be useful) and taking the lead at delivery stage, managing the contractors on site and making sure the projects are on time, on budget and to specification.
Using your experience to date, you'd be able to review and improve any processes that are in place, taking ownership of the projects and ensuring best practice. Your experience doesn't necessarily need to be in retail, but it would be very beneficial, and you can come from any construction background - be it consultancy, contractor or already client side.
