Client-side Property Manager
Up to £40,000 plus benefits
Based Derbyshire
My client is an established and trusted Property Developer & Investor with a regional portfolio of mixed use assets who are looking to recruit a Property Manager who is able to demonstrate the following experience:
- Commercial Property Management experience gained within wither a consultancy or client led environment
- Is comfortable undertaking regular property inspections
- Has an understanding of compliance around health and safety and insurance requirements
- An ability to read and interpret leases
- Will be able to support the Asset Management and Finance team with the creation and implementation of service charge budgets
- Can proactively control voids, working closing with existing tenants and successfully on-boarding new tenants
- Can manage and maintain the group's in-house systems.
