It’s a great place to be and the opportunities are endless. If you have the ambition and talent we want to hear from you.

The newly created Corporate Landlord includes centralised Asset Management, Commissioning and Programming and Hard and Soft FM functions. The delivery model for the council will retain an in-house team sufficient to undertake property strategy, capital programme/project development and management, intelligent client supplier/contract management and performance management functions. This will be supported by appropriate new best-in-class service provider contracts. There are three senior opportunities available.

As Head of Service you will lead, manage and develop Walsall’s Corporate Landlord services, providing strong, inspirational leadership and direction for staff, facilitating a one-team culture across the organisation. You will develop effective working relationships with both internal and external partners.
