Senior Building Surveyor/PM - home-based

Are you an ambitious MRICS Senior Building Surveyor who would like to be an integral part of a commercial property consultancy? Do you have experience working with industrial/logistics/manufacturing clients?

Beach Baker have been retained exclusively by an independent property advisory firm who are seeking a commercial Building Surveyor with project management experience. The vacancy has arisen as the firm have a very busy pipeline for 2021/22, working on sites primarily situated in the East and West Midlands. Previous dilapidations cases worked on (and won) have been up to £100k, and the project management/refurbishment arm works on schemes up to £40m in value (size of units can be 300+ sq. ft).

The successful candidate will be keen and motivated to progress within a multi-disciplinary firm which prides itself on its client and quality-driven ethos. To be considered, you must be an MRICS Building Surveyor with significant project management experience, ideally with experience working with large industrial sheds (this is their speciality). You will also have experience with Dilapidations and core building surveying (including defects).

Remuneration:
