Maintenance & Small Project Manager (start-up) (SD)
Our client is a fast-expanding start-up business who are looking for sites all over London and require an experienced Maintenance and Facilities Manager to support the growing estate. This will be an exciting and fast paced role in a business that plans to be the leading operator in the sector.
Reporting to the Property and Operations Directors, this role will be responsible for the maintenance and facilities of multiple sites across London. You will take ownership of all planned, preventative and reactive maintenance, contractor appointment, management and budgets. You will also be involved in opening new sites, assisting with the project management and fit out of units.
To be considered you will be able to demonstrate experience of managing the maintenance challenges of a multi-site business and display the energy and adaptability to work in a fast evolving and rapidly expanding business. Candidates with experience of supporting retail, hospitality, dark kitchens or wider commercial office or industrial clients would be an advantage.
