Macdonald & Company are exclusively working with a Developer, who own and manage retail facilities within Healthcare sector, across the UK. Despite the pandemic, the company look to further invest and develop their portfolio, and although they do have unrivalled expertise in this market, will look outside it, at High Street retail and wider Commercial opportunities as well. They are a small but agile team that have proved incredibly effective over the years; they have an office in Central London and will offer remote and flexible working to the new joiner.

Responsibilities:
  • Undertake and identify opportunities to negotiate re-gears or reversions to achieve value enhancement
  • Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews and Lettings
  • Dilapidations and end of tenancies
  • Review RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
  • Preparation and administration of service charge expenditure
  • Undertake or arrange property inspections 
  • Acquisitions and Disposals of assets
  • Ensure compliance with legislation including Health and Safety and other regulations
Qualifications and Experience:
  • MRICS Qualified
  • Experience managing a varied Commercial portfolio, especially Retail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in Commercial L&T and Property Asset Management 
  • Driving Licence
