Role
As Project Manager you will be responsible for the appointment and management of multidisciplinary teams and contractors throughout the development process of major, mixed-use, urban developments (residential, office, industrial, civic etc.) Key to the role is your ability to ensure that documentation reflects company, purchasers, occupiers and funders requirements and that projects are delivered (via external consultant) on time, to quality, budget and within approvals.

Person
This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-quality Project Manager with c10+ year’s experience. A proven track record in the delivery of multi-phased, mixed use regeneration schemes (comprising both commercial and residential) is a prerequisite, in addition to the demonstration of a sound working knowledge of contract terms and conditions, commercial letting and development/funding agreements. An understanding of sustainable delivery (including modern methods of construction) will also be an advantage. In addition to the technical aspects of the role we also seek to identify a hands-on, team-player who works well with others.
