Job Details
I am currently working with a Dynamic Chartered Surveyors Consultancy who are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their team on a perm basis.
They are forward thinking and have a fresh outlook on the role organisations should be run. No timesheets! No individual fee targets!
They want their staff to be happy, be rewarded, and want to grow within a small team.
This is a great opportunity to join a team and really work your way up the ladder.
They're looking for someone who has experience in the following;
- Major works specifications across all sectors
- Contract administration
- Planned preventative maintenance reports
- Insurance reinstatement valuations
- Party walls
- Dilapidation's
- Residential building surveys
- CDM / Principal Designer
- CIF Funding
It is also company policy that any business that staff bring into Project results in an immediate bonus paid to the value of 10% of the total fee, without run-off, without exception, from assistant surveyor to senior surveyor!!
