Senior Surveyor - Residential Valuation - W1 - Up to £45,000 with a Car Allowance & Benefits

My client is looking to bring in an experienced Senior Surveyor into their London Residential Valuation team. The role would involve working on Prime Central London properties and is offering up to £45,000 with a car allowance and benefits. 

The core function of this role is to undertake valuations of residential property: owner-occupied, investment, and a few mixed-use portfolios for:

• Secured lending
• Financial Reporting Statements
• Acquisitions
• Disposals
• Tax
• LRA work (preferred but not essential)

Main responsibilities:
• Provide first rate valuation advice to clients
• Writing concise and complete valuation reports
• Complete accurate valuation calculations
• Report on and supply property information to financial institutions
• Supervise and mentor more junior members of the team/office
• Business development for the Residential Valuation team, and opportunities for other parts of the business

About you:
• MRICS, Registered Valuer (2 years)
• First rate report writing ability
• High-level Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint competencies
• Organised, efficient and able to work to tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with an eye for detail, a commitment to excellence and building strong client relationships
• Flexible and self-motivated with a real desire to please customers
• Positive approach and willing to learn with, and to develop, the team. We will support you with training and experience as you progress
• Full driving licence
