Senior Building Manager - Client Side - West London - Competitive Salary 

My client is currently recruiting for a Senior Building Manager to join their past paced & creative environment. You will be responsible for the day to day management and operational activities on site in line with all health and safety, environmental and company procedures. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within team management alongside a broad knowledge of hard and soft services and contractor management (including monitoring KPI's & SLA's). Previous experience within Tendering and Procurement is essential as is project management on both a small and medium scale. 

The Role 

• To ensure the fabric of the building’s both externally and internally is maintained and serviced to a high standard in accordance with the management contract and agreed budgets.
• Solid FM/Building Management experience
• To carry out regular inspection audits of the site
• To ensure all health and safety audits carried out in accordance with the planned programme and all follow up actions carried out within due timetable.
• To ensure fire and other evacuations are carried out on a regular basis in accordance with the health and safety requirements. This includes ensuring the emergency plan and related site maps are continually updated
• Drafting and updating emergency plans, evacuation procedures, overseeing security, fire prevention, and other safety systems
• Maintaining a safe environment, fire prevention, and other safety systems
• Contracting professionals for repairs as needed and inspecting completed jobs
• Resolving problems and requests from client and maintaining records on PPM's & HSE
