Are you a FM professional looking for a new challenge closer to home? This Public Sector client is looking to appoint an experienced FM to join their property team. Working closely with the Head of Property, you will work towards providing customer focussed building management, repairs, compliance and property information across all owner occupied assets.
 
You will be the responsible person for building management, maintenance and health and safety and will manage a diverse team of professional and technical staff, consultants, contractors and other partners within budgets. To be considered you must be an experience Facilities Manager, with knowledge of managing multiple stakeholders in a political arena, experience of managing hard and soft outsourced contracts in line with SLA’s, knowledge of the OJEU tender process and the ability to lead, direct and work as part of a team.
