Job Details
This not-for-profit client side organisation is seeking to recruit a Head of Asset Management. This is a key strategic role within the Property Team overseeing a large mixed use portfolio compromising of residential, retail and offices. The role will focus on the strategic direction of the Asset Management whilst also being responsible for acquisitions, disposals, lease management and residential housing management.
You will have a proven track record of working at a senior level within the property industry, be able to think strategically, influence decision making, lead a team and manage suppliers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
To develop and manage the Asset Management strategies for the wider portfolio
To manage an effective estates management service
To provide strategic advice to stakeholders on estate management issues maximising income and capital receipts
To manage a multi-disciplinary team to ensure an effective and compliant service
You will have:
Relevant corporate property experience at a senior level
MRICS desirable but not essential
A proven track record in managing a mixed used portfolio, including residential.
Experience of managing a multi-disciplinary team
Ability to think strategically, facilitate evidence-based decision making and communicate effectively at all levels
