We are working with a highly successful and dynamic property company with a focus on office and industrial assets, healthcare and they also run a debt platform that lends to residential developers and affordable housing entities.

To take advantage of an improved market sentiment and to that end he wants to hire an experienced transaction specialist who can originate, source and execute transactions.

  • We are looking for an acquisitions person who can run analysis on a deal - rental levels, due diligence, cash flow models, IRR, good comparables
  • Working within offices, industrial, retail and hotels.
  • Interaction internally and externally with agents and principals alike and a good cross section of contacts
  • Source investment opportunities, analyse those opportunities, run excel models, a High level analysis of return metrics
  • To Manage the acquisition process from start to completion
  • Assist on asset management initiatives across an existing portfolio
