Job Details
Our client is a commercial property owner, investor and developer with assets across the UK.
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced marketing and communications professional to join a fast-growing business on a 6-12 month maternity cover.
- Working closely with the Senior Management Team to raise brand awareness and drive Public Relations activities
- To raise company profile and improve the quality of communications both internally and externally across digital and non-digital platforms
- To ensure the brand is communicated both internally and externally
- Identify ways to improve information sharing to the wider organisations,
- Develop new communication channels and technology and ensure the digital media, including websites and social media platforms are fit for purpose
- Manage all marketing across tenants / occupiers including leasing campaigns
- The candidate will have proven experience of property marketing including digital marketing and placemaking. A commercial, proactive and dynamic approach is essential.
