Job Details
My client is a well-established award winning Housebuilder who build design led homes throughout Yorkshire.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be is responsible for all technical matters including:-
- Co-ordination of external architects and engineers and discharge of all necessary conditions
- Ensuring the timely delivery of technical information for other departments
- Provide leadership to deliver all technical design, approvals and infrastructure requirements
What We're Looking for:
- A career working for a residential developer
- Engineering or architectural background
- Ability to critique development layouts from an urban design and engineering perspective
- Ability to critique architectural and engineering drawings
- Ability to conduct feasibility studies, preparation of fee budget estimates and support land purchases
