Job Details
Unique and exciting ESG / Asset Management Analyst role working for a sought after global fund manager. You would will be assisting the Fund Manager and Senior Asset Manager to drive ESG initiatives as well as getting involved in hands on asset management related work. The portfolio is weighted towards industrial and offices, however they also have some leisure and retail asset. The role will include carrying out the cashflows for the AM business plans as well as getting involved in the actual asset management itself. As Analyst you will need to challenge figures, run excel models for each asset all with driving ESG in mind. A passion for ESG and developing their career in ESG is a must. Investment/Fund Analysts would also be considered if they would like a change in direction and to get closer to the assets themselves. The role will include site visits to the properties and dealing with tenants on the ground. Candidates need to have a good head for numbers, challenge assumptions and have 3 – 5 years industry experience. This is an excellent position to work on a flagship fund cross sector.
