Are you a leader within the commercial and corporate property market, who is looking for the opportunity to make your mark on an organisation?

Due to a public body bringing their property function back in house, they are in need of a Head of Property to lead their asset management, regeneration and facilities team.

Based 30 minutes outside of London, this opportunity is ideal for someone who is looking to get away from commuting every day but also enjoys the odd trip into town.

If you’re a proven Property Manager with a mixture of commercial asset management and development experience then this opportunity could be the perfect role for you to step into.

You’ll be able to set up new systems and ways of working so that you can make the department your own.

Your role will be to establish the strategic property management function and implement a corporate landlord model. If you’ve done this before in the public sector then you’ll know what’s involved.

Ideally you’ve worked in the public sector before and understand the mechanics behind how they operate. It’s preferred if you’re MRICS but if you’ve managed teams in a similar capacity, please send in an application!
