Senior Estimator
Our client, who are one of the UK's leading residential developers are recruiting a Senior Estimator to be based in their office in South East London and responsible for several schemes in Kent.
The role will consist of being the lead for all estimating functions, including creation of land appraisals, obtaining pricing information of materials and subcontractor quotations, creation of a cost plan for the designated development and transferring those onto the corporate system.
The selected candidate must have a proven track record as an Estimator working on large scale developments for a tier one developer/contractor.
