Job Details
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Land Buyer/Land Assistant/Residential Surveyor that is looking to progress his/her career in a client side Land Manager role for a very well-funded residential developer based in Windsor.
The successful applicant will be tasked with looking for new sites viable for acquisition, appraising sites presented to the developer by agents, doing due diligence and financial modelling to find the right sites to develop. A good knowledge and understanding of the planning process would be very advantageous.
You will:
- Be commercially astute
- Have experience with land appraisals, feasibility and viability studies
- Procure contracts
- Close deals
- Work in a strong team of four reporting to the Land Director
- Have a strong eye for detail
