Job Details
A Senior Analyst is required to join a dynamic hotel investment team covering Europe.
The role will involve building models to advise on hotel investments and strategic value add plays - advising private equity, investment manager, and operator clients.
The key duties will include:
- Working closely with senior team members on presentations and financial analysis.
- Preparing complex valuations models and business cases.
- Detail cash flow analysis.
- Ideally experience with Discounted Cash Flow valuation (DCF) methodology & Circle Developer software.
- Assisting team in underwriting of hotel sell-side and buy-side mandates across Europe.
