Sales Programme Manager - Real Estate - Occupier  - Up to £50,000 Per Annum x 2 Roles

One of our leading corporate real estate clients is looking for a business development manager to work as part of the client care team to manage the business development programme within the Corporate Real Estate team.  There are 2 positions available so please do apply if you are interested in working in a Business Development/Client Care team.

  • Ensure structures are in place to manage client relationships as well to help build pipeline for new business
  • Building and managing the Client Care and Business Development Programme
  • Oversight of all activities and platforms for managing and prospecting existing clients, plus new target clients
  • Stakeholder management

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional organisation & time management skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Excellent communication skills and able to adapt style to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders across all levels
  • An ability to work remotely and independently as well as part of a wider team
  • Proven experience of programme management within a corporate setting
  • Experience within the property industry is desired with exposure to occupier solutions
