Real Estate Senior Analyst / UK Transactions

Opportunity to join a Global Investment Management business and credible team based in London. The team are hiring a Senior Analyst who can hit the ground running and assist on a busy UK Portfolio.

As part of the UK transactions team, you will be heavily involved in the underwriting and due diligence of new acquisitions. You would take responsibility for all financial modelling of UK opportunities, the production and presentation of investment committee papers, and involvement with the co-ordination of advisers (Legal, Technical, Structuring) during the due diligence phase

As part of this role, you will also contribute to the Core + / Value Add Pan-European Logistics JV. Which will mean responsibility for overseeing and co-ordinating the underwriting process of the acquisition’s teams across Europe, the analysis and monitoring of the JV portfolio, and maintaining of client relationships.

Credentials

• Understand complex capital and debt structures and have the ability to develop bespoke financial models
• Excellent communication and reporting skills – both written and oral
• Sound knowledge of the UK Real Estate Market
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
