You ever had an interest in renewable energy?

This forward-thinking and busy property developer is looking for a Project Manager to help oversee all manner of new build projects such as wind farms, solar arrays and so on. And the thing is, you don't need to have experience of them already.

Renewables are going to be the future of power, and the developments are fascinating, multi-faceted and complex.  You'd need to be able to think around problems you've not seen before, communicate effectively to multiple disparate teams, and coordinate sections from all over the place in order to make it all work.

Ideally you'll have at least 5 years of post-graduate experience in construction, be able to show that you can deliver large, complex projects and look to transfer those skills into a sector that's definitely going places. You'd be able to work from home for most of the week, but you'd need to be able to get to the Yorkshire or North East areas regularly.
