Regen Manager Midlands Based – Daily Rate 6 month rolling contract
Enjoy working on major programmes?
After the year we’ve had, the common theme at the moment in the public sector is to rejuvenate town centres. If you’ve worked on town centre regen schemes or have commercial experience, you’ll know what’s involved.
A Local Authority based in the midlands has been given funding to re-develop their town centre and infrastructure. You’ll be working on the early stages of the development process, including feasibility, planning, design and appraisals.
The good news is you can remain home working throughout this project, providing you can travel onsite when needed/attend meetings when called upon.
