Business Development - Real Estate - Occupier - Up to £55,000 Per Annum 

One of our leading corporate real estate clients is looking for a business development manager to target clients to generate new revenue streams within the occupier market.   This role is offering up to £55,000 Per Annum + Benefits and would be based in London as well offering flexible working.

The role will sit within the UK Business Development Team where you will have direct responsibility for generating new revenue streams within the occupier arena where you will work closely with other teams.

Job Role:

  • Full accountability for new clients & lead new business development activity
  • Regular & accurate forecasting & reporting will be expected
  • The candidate will be expected to network widely within the real estate and business community  
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process & support pitches
  • Effectively manages multiple client opportunities through developing solid relationships
  • Achieve individual & team revenue generation targets

Skills Required:

  • Sales leader within the UK real estate market
  • Demonstrate a passion for developing new business
  • Strong relationship management skills are required with the ability to build rapport & trust
  • Able to respond quickly to changing demands, processes and client requirements.
  • Extensive experience in Business Development within the Corporate Real Estate industry.
  • Experienced and proven effectiveness at supporting clients and managing projects
  • Professional and clear communication skills
